Maybe the hair on the back of your neck stands up, or you catch a glimpse of a shadowy figure out of the corner of your eye. Over the years such encounters have occurred at our winery, and we have come to refer to this elusive figure as the Phantom.

Full of concentration and intensity, this wine will tease, tantalize and linger long after the last sip is gone. Wild berries and black pepper are framed by the influence of oak again with baking spices and a hint of toasty vanilla.

Green apple and pear transform into spicy flavors of freshly baked apple pie, while barrel fermentation imparts a creamy, luscious mouthfeel. French oak whispers sweet notes of vanilla and melted caramel.
